40-Week Men’s Behaviour Change Program

CORE – Men’s Business is a Men’s Behaviour Change Program (MBCP) based online, supporting men who use violence, coercive control, or harmful relationship behaviours to take accountability and create lasting change.

We provide online intervention and behaviour change support for both voluntary and referred participants, helping men challenge harmful beliefs, confront excuses, and take accountability for abusive behaviours.

As a culturally inclusive organisation, CORE exists to shift the burden of change away from victim-survivors and toward the men responsible for harm. We call men in with compassion—and hold them accountable with care.

Men of all backgrounds in Australia are vital in preventing violence, fostering respect, and transforming harmful beliefs into healthier relationships through domestic violence programs.

What our clients say

”I learnt more about my use of violence in 3 weeks than I did in a 24-week course”

“The Core program was immensely helpful. Through the empathetic yet informative approach, I was able to adopt a new outlook and perspective on becoming a respectful person and man. The comprehensiveness of the Core program was a great help in unpacking vital lessons, and the group dynamic provided support when it was needed most. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of such a great initiative and for all your care and support. Highly recommend Core.”

“He has shown a gentler side and has been a positive influence on our son, taking an interest in his well-being and engaging with him at his level, which has been encouraging to observe.” Feedback from a partner

Building a Society Free from Violence

We offer a 40-week online program focused on accountability, healing, and personal growth. Our evidence-based approach helps men address harmful behaviours and build healthier relationships through education and skill development.

We also provide case management for personal challenges like mental health and substance abuse, along with peer support and group therapy for ongoing accountability. Our goal is to help men create lasting change and contribute to violence-free communities.

End Violence

Case Management

“Case management at CORE is where accountability meets insight – a structured space to unpack the mental health, trauma, substance use, and any other social stressors that intersect with violent behaviour, without excusing it”

Intervention

“CORE uses a three-phase model, addressing harmful beliefs and drivers of domestic and family violence”

Learning Accountability (10 weeks) → Living Accountability (20 weeks) → Life Long Accountability (10 weeks)

Advocacy

“With safety at the front of intervention, CORE will provide continuous support and empowerment, whilst monitoring and adjusting to risk factors”
